<p>Each flavor tells a story that has been passed down from centuries ago to the present day; every detail reflects the discipline and aesthetics of palace cuisine.</p>
<p>Founder chef Yunus Emre Akkor is one of the world's leading experts on the historical cuisines of the Ottoman, Anatolian, and Seljuk periods. Akkor, who has appeared on numerous national television programs, is also the host of the culinary history documentary series Sarayın Lezzetleri (Flavors of the Palace), broadcast on Turkey's most prestigious culture and arts channel, TRT 2.</p>
<p>His works on Ottoman and Anatolian cuisine have been honored with international awards; in 2022, he was presented with the State Medal by the President of the Republic of Turkey.</p>
